The Mark X gives you breakthrough precision in 3D printing. Scan your parts mid-print using our cloudbased Eiger software and a laser displacement sensor affixed to the print head. Ensure dimensional accuracy at the most critical tolerances at any point in your print.

With increased stability from a rigid frame, smooth, silent stepper motors, and more, the Mark X has improved repeatability over the entire printing envelope and can go all the way down to 50 micron resolution for highly detailed prints.

Markforged's Mark Two professional industrial 3D printer is today the only 3D printer that allows you to print stable and rigid parts directly from your CAD data. From now on, you will achieve your design goals.

The aluminum housing gives the Mark Two the rigidity and stability you would expect from a precision machine.

The Mark Two combines flexibility in the design of 3D printed parts with the exceptional strength of carbon, fiberglass and Kevlar® for:

  • gauges, fixtures, assembly aids, and other tools
  • functional components
  • working prototypes
  • any component that needs to be more stable than plastic, faster and with less effort

The Mark Two utilizes a patented Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) process to reinforce 3D printed nylon / PA6 composites with carbon, Kevlar and fiber continuous filaments. The print head is equipped with two nozzles: CFF print nozzle and Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) extrusion die. The manufactured components have a higher stability - weight ratio than 6061-T6 aluminum.

Currently available materials are:

  • Base material nylon / PA 6 - stable and flexible plastic
  • Basic material onyx (only for model Enterprise)
  • Carbon fiber - highest strength to weight ratio
  • Kevlar - highest abrasion resistance
